Our story
A small bar, obsessed with one thing.
Just Espresso started with a simple frustration: too many coffee shops doing too many things, and none of them doing espresso well. So we built the opposite — a neighborhood bar with a short menu, a hot machine, and beans we roast ourselves.

How it began

We were tired of paying more for less — watery shots, burnt beans, and menus so long you couldn't find the espresso. So we opened a room of our own on Main Street and stripped it back to what matters.
We roast in small batches, dial the grinder in fresh each morning, and pull every shot like it's the one you'll remember. The room stays dark and warm on purpose — somewhere to linger, not rush.

We roast our own beans in tight batches so nothing sits around going flat. Fresh in, fresh out.
Dialed in daily
The grinder gets tuned every morning before the doors open. First shot of the day tastes like the last.
Honest prices
Good espresso shouldn't cost a fortune. We keep it fair and keep it simple.
No shortcuts
No pre-ground bags, no mile-long syrup menu, no faking it. Just the cup, done right.
The beans

Everything you drink starts a few feet from where you sit. We roast in small batches, rest the beans just long enough, and grind to order. Nothing travels far, and nothing goes stale on a shelf.
It's a short menu of espresso drinks and a few honest pastries. That's the whole idea — do less, but do it properly.
